Wat is jullie garantie?

Op alle producten geldt 12 maanden hardwaregarantie bij normaal gebruik. Een RMA-nummer is vereist voordat je iets retourneert. Zie Garantie en Retourneren & Restitutie.

Hoe werken retouren en wie betaalt de retourzending?

Defect/DOA/verkeerd artikel: wij verstrekken een retourlabel of vergoeden standaard track-&-trace-kosten na goedkeuring (RMA vereist).


Wijziging van gedachten / niet-defect: retourkosten zijn voor de klant.

Retouren zijn mogelijk binnen 30 dagen na levering met goedgekeurde RMA en veilige verpakking.

Hoe lang duurt de levering?

Bestellingen worden verwerkt binnen 1–2 werkdagen. EU-levering duurt doorgaans 5–7 werkdagen met tracking.

Bieden jullie gratis verzending?

Ja — gratis EU-verzending vanaf €50. Onder €50 toont de checkout de exacte verzendkosten (bijv. €6,95).
